Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored and administered by Elev8te Energy Solutions (“Sponsor”). Questions regarding the giveaway may be directed to stephanie@elev8teenergy.com.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Elev8te Energy Solutions and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Entry Period
The giveaway accepts eligible entries through the official online entry form until Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible. Entries submitted before the deadline during the promotion's published entry period are eligible.
4. How to Enter
Visit www.elev8teenergy.com/giveaway and complete the official entry form with the requested contact information.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, payment, solar consultation, or service agreement is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $200 Visa Gift Card, with an approximate retail value of $200.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash by the Sponsor. Use of the card is subject to the card issuer's applicable terms and restrictions. Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
The drawing will take place on Monday, October 19, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The potential winner will be contacted directly using the email address or telephone number provided during entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the initial notification and may be required to verify eligibility.
If the potential winner does not respond within the specified period or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
Prize delivery will be coordinated directly with the verified winner at no charge.
8. Privacy
Information submitted through the giveaway form will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and coordinate prize delivery.
Entering the giveaway does not require agreeing to receive marketing communications. Any separate marketing communications will be subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify fraudulent entries and to address circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent fair administration of the giveaway.
The giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
